Marc Blum (Manager, Network Development Services) is the secondary contact on (07) 3365 4079 / 0411 042 720.

Operational activities (including 24x7 fault response) are performed by UQ Network Engineers, including Anthony Croome, Jooil Lee, Frankie Stroud and Marc Blum. The rostered support staff member is contactable on (07) 3346 9155 (this number will divert to the appropriate mobile phone). Escalation for incidents should be initially to Marc Blum, then Wilber Williams.
